I'm sitting here eating one of your "Traditional Pork Pies" and I have to say it is the very best pie I have eaten outside England! And I’m a little embarrassed to say that I’ve eaten a lot of Pork Pies in my time. I'm thrilled to say your pie is perfect. The pastry is just as it should be - crisp, flaky, and crumbly on the outside and soft inside - not a hint of sogginess even after I kept in the fridge for a few days. The meat is wonderful with just the right seasoning and not too fatty. I LOVE your pies count me as a card-carrying FAN! I'm going to tell all the fellow Brits I can find about your products.
